DESIGN KOREA 2023 is Korea’s largest design industry exhibition, hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and organized by the Korea Institute of Design Promotion (KIDP). The essence of the DESIGN KOREA symbol mark lies in "convergence" and "global expansion." It seamlessly weaves together the heritage of traditional *saekdong* (multi-colored stripes) and the energy of the cutting-edge design industry into a perfect, three-dimensional sphere. Structurally, the colored bands are designed as separable vector layers, allowing for the fluid implementation of dynamic motion graphics—such as rotation and unraveling—within digital media environments. Spanning large-scale media walls and signage, the design delivers a powerful visual impact to visitors.
